Return & cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
1.2 To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.
1.3 If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
1.4 Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
2.2 Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product in your order.
    2.3 To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos as proof.
    2.4 Once the return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and sealed.

3. Refund & Replacement

3.1 If a return is approved, customers can choose between:

  • A replacement of the same product (if available).

  • A refund to the original payment method.
    3.2 Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    3.3 Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

4.1 Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned.
4.2 Gift cards, promotional items, and sample products are non-refundable.
4.3 Orders placed during special sales or clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned.
